His undergraduate degree is from Towson University 1973 and his graduate degree (MBA) is from Frostburg University 1986. He started his accounting business in 2001 and has been serving the Carroll and Baltimore counties and the surrounding areas for 10 years. He has a full range of business accounting and personal tax services. Frank prides himself on customer service and treating his clients as he would want to be treated.
