Bob Miller is amazing! He took the time to walk my wife and I through each home we were interested in buying. Rob helped us purchase our home in January 2021. From the beginning it was easy to tell he was experienced and knew what he was doing. It was clear he kept in mind our budget and all of our wants and needs when he sent listings and he was available day/night to our texts and emails.Being a first time home buyer, we were nervous and had no idea what to look out for when touring homes. He told us what to watch out for in homes, what he truly thought about each house as we did tours, and NEVER upsold or pressured us into putting an offer into a house. This alone is why Rob, as an exclusive buyers' agent, is the only type of agent you should use as a homebuyer. They are 100% on your side and you can feel confident that their interests are aligned with your own.
We put in our second offer toward the end of January and closed at the end of February. He helped us craft a competitive offer and we beat out 10+ other offers on our home, including offers that offered MORE money than what we had offered!
Rob also had excellent recommendations for inspectors and loan officers. The inspectors Rob recommends offer more comprehensive inspections than your average home inspector. They cost slightly more, but are SO worth it for the peace of mind knowing that you're much less likely to have a big issue turn up shortly after closing.
During COVID-19, Rob was very cautious about being masked up and making sure all inspectors that entered the sellers house were respectful of their rules regarding maximum # of occupants and mask wearing.
I strongly recommend Rob to any buyer, especially first-time home buyers that feel overwhelmed and want an agent who is experienced and looks out for their interests.

Rob is great! We went through a couple of Real Estate Agents who didn't seem to care about what we wanted, they were just looking out for their commission. I wish we found Rob at the beginning of our search for a new home. Since Rob is a Buyers Agent, he is only focused on finding you a great home. He does not care about the price of the property you are looking at, he will give you his honest opinion after thoroughly going through the property with you. We worked with Rob for over two years to find a new new home, and it was definitely worth the time and effort!
Robert was extremely professional and helpful during the home buying process. He kept us well informed at every step of the way and was very flexible in looking at houses. He was extremely responsive with questions and went above and beyond to answer our calls at any time of day. Rob was not afraid to get his hands dirty and go the extra mile in making sure you as a buyer are taken care of. I can't recommend Rob more. He stuck with us for almost a year helping us find the perfect house. Rob listened to us, responded to us quickly when we found places we wanted to look at, and was always honest with us about what he thought of the properties. He definitely has the buyer's best interests at heart, which gave us so much more confidence when we finally found a house we wanted to buy. He was thorough and detail oriented from the moment we contacted him until closing. As a matter of fact, the sellers accepted our offer even though it wasn't the highest because of the quality work Rob put into the offer. On top of that, he's a nice guy with a great sense of humor.
